Terms and Conditions Returns Policy Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) we are required to offer consumers the option to notify us of their intention to return unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase/receipt of goods (whichever is longer), in exchange for a full refund, with no penalty. In case of cancellation, if the goods have already been dispatched and the goods are not faulty then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer.
